The Alliance for Early Success is seeking a Development Manager to serve as the strategic bridge between our Executive Director and our funder ecosystem. This is a senior-level role for a relationship-forward fundraising professional who thrives at the intersection of storytelling, strategy, and stewardship.
The Alliance convenes, funds, and supports early childhood state policy advocates across all 50 states and the District of Columbia. This newly created role will ensure that funder relationships are continuously nurtured, that emerging opportunities are prioritized, and that the Alliance is always scanning for new leads, issue alignment, and strategic openings. The ideal candidate is energized by cultivating relationships across the philanthropic landscape and building the systems and practices that sustain them over time.
