This healing session will move participants through a process of emotional emancipation by acknowledging and processing the emotional impact of living and working through a global pandemic
while continuing to experience the intersecting traumas and stress of racism, capitalism, sexism, anti-Blackness, queerphobia, transphobia, etc. We'll explore how these experiences impact how we see ourselves, our communities, our place in the world, and our work.
Participants will also be introduced to several emotional wellness tools and energy exercises that can be used as daily practices to move stagnant/anxious energy up and out of their body.
