Provides trauma-informed, reflective clinical supervision and support for a group of associates/trainees. Assists the Associate Director in developing a trauma-based training program to ensure clients receive quality, trauma-informed, culturally sensitive,
empowerment-based and client-centered therapy to promote healing and growth that aligns with the YWCA Golden Gate Silicon Valley’s mission of eliminating racism, empowering women, and promoting peace, justice, freedom, and dignity for all.
