In recent years, members and partners have shared feeling a disconnect between philanthropy’s stated values and their own experiences. EPIP’s Dissonance & Disconnects report is bringing attention to the lived experiences of emerging leaders in our sector.

EPIP created the Sector Experience Survey to learn more on this, focusing on early- and mid-career practitioners’ experiences, feelings, and perceptions of organizational culture; diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI); and longevity in the field. We'll engage EPIP members and other emerging leaders in a discussion of the report's findings as well as a reflection of their own experience with peers.
