Senior Director, Client Development (This role will be reporting up to the SF office, and has West Area team members in SF, Los Angeles, and Seattle.)

Arabella Advisors seeks a Senior Director to join our West Region client development team. This person will meaningfully advance Arabella’s multi-year vision and strategy, identify and oversee complex projects in partnership with internal teams of cross-disciplinary experts, and work directly with high-profile clients to drive impact on some of the most pressing issues of our time.
This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who is experienced in fiscal sponsorship and wishes to take a step toward greater impact by helping to launch and steward some of the most innovative and ambitious social change initiatives of our time. We are seeking a candidate who understands what it takes to run an effective nonprofit, and can roll up their sleeves to advise social impact leaders on operational details. Our ideal candidate is comfortable engaging the nation’s leading foundations and is adept at helping philanthropists collaborate with each other through the use of grantmaking intermediaries.
