Strategic Partnerships Manager

The Climate + Clean Energy Equity Fund (The Equity Fund) is building the multi-state infrastructure and community power needed to end climate change and to create an equitable clean energy future. The Equity Fund is strategically building power by:

 - Investing in the leadership and organizing of diverse communities (Black, Latinx, AAPI, Indigenous people, and communities bearing the brunt of climate change);

 - Engaging voters in these communities through nonpartisan civic engagement campaigns; and

 - Winning climate and clean energy policy solutions that reflect the priorities of communities and advance racial, economic, and environmental justice.

ABOUT THE POSITION

The Climate and Clean Energy Equity Fund is seeking a Strategic Partnerships Manager to join our growing team! The Equity Fund is looking for a highly strategic and skilled Strategic Partnerships Manager to implement a strategy to raise resources and expand our philanthropic partnerships. 

Successful candidates will deeply value racial equity and justice, have experience raising funds and writing case materials for funders, and will ensure that all narrative and fundraising strategy centers the unique capacity of Equity Fund community partners to successfully advance equitable climate and clean energy policies.

COMPENSATION

$110,000-$135,000/year
