Senior Director of Development

The Senior Director of Development is a pivotal leadership role at FPL/A responsible for developing, managing, and implementing a proactive fundraising strategy for the organization. The Senior Director of Development works closely with the CEO, Senior Leadership Team, and the Board of Directors. The Senior Director of Development also manages the Development Team, which is responsible for executing the organization’s fundraising strategy and day to day development activities.
