Reporting to the senior director, the director, Workplace Experience and Services will be responsible for design, coordination, and implementation of the workplace user experience across the Foundation’s three facilities with a specific focus on activities in three areas:
Workplace Design and Access: space design and planning, optimization, space acquisition, relocations, office improvements, maintenance, furniture, accessibility and navigation, environmental responsibility, and other organization use of our space. Includes a focus on wellbeing program development events in support of employee social, emotional, and physical health.
Hospitality: café and catering, office supplies (in person/remote), visitor services, mail, printing and duplicating services, workplace amenities (quiet room, lactation room, fitness center, walking room).
Media Services: audio/video/webinar onsite and virtual support and development of visual communications materials to support facility operations, events, and staff needs.
