The Japanese Community Youth Council (JCYC) is youth development organization located in San Francisco. JCYC has been selected as the 2023 California Nonprofit of the Year by Assemblymember Phil Ting. JCYC is one of San Francisco’s most successful child and youth development service organizations serving young people from all racial and socio-economic backgrounds.
