Associate Director of Donor Events and Partnerships

The Mountaineers is a community of outdoor recreationists and conservationists founded in 1906 to explore the peaks and waterways of the Pacific Northwest. Today, we have 15,000 members and seven branches across Western Washington, where we deliver most of our outdoor education programming. Thanks to the work of generations of volunteers and our internationally-recognized publishing division, we continue to enjoy an outstanding reputation in the fields of outdoor education, recreation, and public lands conservation and advocacy.

ABOUT THE POSITION

The Mountaineers is seeking an Associate Director of Donor Events and Partnerships to join our fundraising team! You’ll love this job if you find joy in producing exceptional events and partnering with value-aligned organizations interested in building community in outdoor spaces. Our new team member will also help to build out a corporate engagement strategy raising funds in support of our recently updated strategic plan. While all positions on the Development team work closely on projects and priorities, the Associate Director of Donor Events and Partnerships primary focus areas are fundraising events and corporate partnerships.

COMPENSATION

USD $67,000 - USD $72,000 / year
