ABOUT THE POSITION

We are looking for an exceptionally organized, youth-centered, and innovative postsecondary access & success (PSAS) leader who can work across multiple projects while producing exemplary results. This individual will excel in program management and development and be comfortable working autonomously. The best candidate will have secondary and postsecondary experience focused on engaging youth, school systems, and community partners.

Core Responsibilities: What this Entails

Provide research and data analysis support for education and youth focused initiatives 

Lead and support the facilitation of community conversations, focus groups and partner engagement related to college and career access & success 

Support partnership engagement related to equity initiatives 

Actively cultivate relationships with external and community partners in support of strategic goals  

Develop, refine and implement project plans in pursuit of robust and engaging opportunities, activities and programs for youth and college and career partners. 

Act as a strategic thinking partner

COMPENSATION

$65,000-80,000, dependent on credentials and experience
