ABOUT THE POSITION
Position Summary
Under the general supervision of the Chief Strategist of Programs, the Program Manager works closely alongside the Program Team, key constituencies and partners to plan and execute the vision and Invest: Train: Connect strategies of the Foundation related to policy training, leadership development, and alum engagement. The Program Manager provides leadership in design and manages implementation of the Dr. Beatriz Maria Solís Policy Institute (SPI) Alum, Local, and State programs and Young Womxn’s Summer Leadership Institute (SLI), including but not limited to: program and curriculum design and implementation, project management, evaluation, and administration.
COMPENSATION
$75,000-85,000
