ABOUT THE POSITION

The REDF LA:RISE team is hiring for the role of Senior Associate. This role will serve as the lead project manager for the LA:RISE Youth Academy program—a program focused on improving housing, education and workforce outcomes for unhoused youth.   The Senior Associate will serve as the Lead Relationship Manger with LA:RISE youth academy partners including Social Enterprises, Worksource Centers, and other programmatic partners in achieving individual contractor goals and program execution.

A candidate that is skilled in project management, partnership building, and enjoys being at the intersection of social impact and government will thrive in this role. Experience with youth workforce programs, social enterprises, and/or government contracts is a plus!

COMPENSATION

$68,425 - $79,120
