Reporting to the Chief of Policy, Planning, & External Affairs, the VP of Growth and Impact will lead Teach Plus’s expansion from 11 to 16 states and oversee a learning strategy to identify new opportunities to apply Teach Plus’s successful models to new challenges and with new partners. Key responsibilities will include: developing strategy to maximize organizational impact through growth; using Teach Plus’s Growth Framework to identify and create landscape analyses for new states where Teach Plus teachers can lead systems change on behalf of students; building stakeholder and funder relationships; and supporting an Inquiry Fellowship of teachers in prospective states.
