We deepen and broaden the pipeline of diverse leaders in philanthropy and work to ensure that the next generation of foundation professionals reaches their full potential as leaders by providing our members with leadership training and a supportive community of peers.

Our core work uses three interconnected approaches to advance racial equity and inclusion in support of a strong and effective philanthropic sector – we develop member’s leadership skills with targeted programming, support local EPIP chapters that reach and serve emerging leaders in their communities, and use partnerships within the sector to amplify our efforts to achieve social and racial equity.
