JUFJ seeks a skilled and collaborative Senior Director of Development to provide strategic leadership for all programs of the Development Department, ensuring their effectiveness in meeting immediate revenue goals while building relationships and organizational capacity needed for long term sustainability.
The position reports to the Executive Director and works closely with the Communications & Data Team, the Operations & Finance Team, organizing staff, and key volunteer leaders. This is a full-time, exempt position. This role supervises members of the Development Team, currently the Major Gifts Officer and Grant Manager. Priority deadline for this position is November 14th, 2025.
