Ktisis Capital is seeking a talented and motivated Learning Fellow to join our team. We see our fellowship program as a pathway for skilled emerging leaders to gain exposure and experience in the philanthropic field, prioritizing supporting people from historically marginalized communities. The ideal candidate will bring existing knowledge and skills in philanthropy, social change, or related fields, with a strong interest in learning more about and engaging in progressive philanthropy. They will play a crucial role in advancing Ktisis’ learning and field-building strategy by supporting the development of various learning programs, resources, and products.
Not sure you meet 100% of our qualifications? If you believe that you could excel in this role, we encourage you to apply.
Ktisis Capital isn’t just an equal opportunity employer. We are actively seeking to build a diverse and inclusive team with a wide range of backgrounds, perspectives, and skills. Whether you're new to this field and interested in this fellowship as a first career step, returning to work after a gap in employment, looking to transition into this field, or just ready to take the next step on your career path, we will be glad to have you on our radar.
Ktisis Capital does not discriminate based upon race, ethnicity, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, age, status as a veteran, status as an individual with a disability, or any other protected characteristics.
Additionally, as we are dedicated to considering a broad array of candidates, including those with diverse workplace experiences and backgrounds, we would note that research shows that men apply for jobs when they meet an average of 60% of the criteria. Yet, women and other people who are systematically marginalized tend to only apply if they meet every requirement.[1] If you believe that you could excel in this role, we’d love to hear from you!
