The Rain City Rock Camp (RCRC) Executive Director represents the mission and vision of our community and works to center youth voices in all areas of program development. The ED also ensures the long-term sustainability of the organization through fundraising and other revenue-generating activities; sound fiscal and structural health; and develops and leads equity and anti-racist practices and policies in the organization to ensure Rock Camp is a welcoming place for all. This role requires daily communication and collaboration with a working board, full- and part-time staff, youth from all over Seattle ages 8-17, educators, volunteers, community partners, families, donors, and government agencies. The ideal candidate understands and acknowledges that this is a transformative and impactful community which prioritizes collaboration and respect.
