The Evaluation and Organizational Learning Officer at MACP will support the organization's learning and evaluation goals, ensuring equitable and inclusive approaches generate new insights to improve grantmaking and organizational performance. This role will lead and support collaborative projects in strengthening evaluative and learning culture and practice, progress and impact measurement, learning cycles for strategy development, and facilitate learning with internal and external colleagues and across subject matter areas in alignment with organizational priorities and values. This position reports to the Director, Evaluation and Organizational Learning and is a member of the Evaluation and Organizational Learning team.
