Community Health Impact Coalition (CHIC) is making professional community health workers (proCHWs) the norm worldwide by changing guidelines, funding, and policy. We research to equip international norm setters with evidence. We advocate to influence global financing institutions. And we activate in-country CHW networks to win proCHW national policy. CHIC includes CHWs and global health organizations in 60 countries. We exist because CHWs work. Our vision is quality care for all, including those who provide it.
The mission of the Director of Finance and Operations is to guide CHIC from fiscal sponsorship to independent operations while building scalable systems in finance, operations, and people, enabling CHIC to deliver on its global mission with integrity and sustainability. This role involves line management responsibilities with up to four direct reports as well as budget oversight, and we are looking for a radically collaborative team player with a strong growth mindset.
We’re accepting applications until September 5, 2025. There’s no benefit to applying early. We will take two weeks to review all applications. You’ll hear from us by September 19, 2025, about the advancement to a practical test. Interviews will commence the week of September 29, 2025.
