The Director of Development Operations, reporting to the Senior Director of Grants, will lead donor stewardship and revenue growth through data analysis, reporting, and project management.

The successful candidate has 7+ years experience in nonprofit development, operations, and/or data management. They are a data enthusiast and excellent project manager, with a proven commitment to UTEC’s principles of social change, diversity, equity, inclusion, and community belonging.
