Development and Outreach Coordinator

The Craft Emergency Relief Fund, more commonly known as CERF+, seeks an experienced, organized, and motivated individual to serve as the Development and Outreach Coordinator beginning April 2024. This a full-time, fully remote exempt salary position with compensation in the range of $51,000-$60,000 annually. This position will include occasional required after-hours, weekend work, and travel.

The Development and Outreach Coordinator is responsible for coordinating day-to-day operational and essential duties within the Development and Outreach Department including, but not limited to, coordination of the implementation and execution of CERF+’s annual fund program, independent fundraisers, fundraising appeals, organizational outreach, grant and funding research, and other fundraising and outreach activities. Reporting to the Director of Development and Outreach and working in partnership with the CERF+ staff and Board of Directors, the Development and Outreach Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the growth of income and support, building relationships within the craft and donor community, and connecting audiences, donors, and supporters to our programs through outreach for our organization. In collaboration with the Director of Development and Outreach, responsibilities include acknowledging and stewarding donor relationships, providing support for special events and independent fundraisers, collaborating with communications staff, assisting in the implementation of various informational collateral and outreach activities, maintaining the donor and donation reporting database, and weekly and monthly accounting reporting procedures.
