The Deputy Director is the head of the programs department and manages the grantmaking initiatives at the Foundation. The Deputy Director (DD) reports to the Executive Director (ED); supervises the Program Assistant and Residency Coordinator; and works collaboratively with other staff, board, consultants, and volunteers. They work closely with the Executive Director (ED) and serve as a thought partner for the ED and other colleagues in the organization regarding strategic design and implementation strategies to achieve the Foundation’s goals.
