The Controller is responsible for owning the full accounting cycle, performing daily bookkeeping duties, month- and year-end close activities, audit preparation, maintaining grant and restricted fund tracking and reporting, ensuring accurate financial statements, strong internal controls, and compliance with nonprofit accounting and grant requirements for a growing organization.
