Position:

RSF Social Finance seeks to hire a full-time Junior Data Analyst, a self-described “data nerd” passionate about maintaining the data quality of RSF’s Salesforce database. This position maintains and produces customized and routine reports to audit and ensure data integrity as well as in support to client-facing programs. This person also provides general end user support and triage desktop support as a go- between for staff and RSF’s IT consultants.

Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate for the Junior Data Analyst position at RSF Social Finance is an early-career “data nerd” who is zealous about clean and complete data, yet patient with end users who may not share that zeal. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are essential. Successful candidates will be able to speak to a strong connection to RSF’s vision, mission, and values, preferably demonstrated by work or volunteer experience in the nonprofit or social finance sector. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent demonstration of intellectual curiosity is preferable.
