Join EPIP for a re-imagined quarterly space for white-identifying members to come together for shared learning, accountability, storytelling, and resource sharing as early- and mid-career practitioners in philanthropy. 

Running parallel to our other communities of practice, this community will focus on: 

❖ Building one's sense of positionality, connection, resources for rigor and learning;
❖ Fostering development of relationships and networks within the field;
❖ Clarifying collective coordination toward strategic alignment with Movement;
❖ Move toward action.

EPIP launched this space as a cohort model in 2021 to provide a rigorous and supportive environment for members who identify as white to deepen knowledge of antiracism and develop skills and strategies to advance racial equity and inclusive leadership practices in philanthropy. We are evolving the space to be more expansive and ongoing for those who want shared accountability and connection as they try to hold rigorous anti-racist positions within the field. 

Any EPIP members who identify as white are welcome to attend. The space will be most beneficial to those who are invested in unpacking white supremacy culture where it resides within them individually and within their institutions. You do not need to have participated in a previous cohort with EPIP, though you are welcome to return to this recurring space if you have.
