In 2018, on every 4th Tuesday of the month, different members of our EPIP St. Louis community lead monthly discussion on a particular topic or article. Grab a friend and come prepared to meet new people and discuss ways to move the sector forward.
** Note: Bring your lunch, EPIP St. Louis will provide fruit and desert **
EPIP St. Louis is celebrating it's one year anniversary this August! It has been an amazing ride and we're thankful to be in community with all of you. We remain committed to cultivate a diverse field of philanthropic practitioners equipped with the knowledge, skills, and resources necessary to create a thriving, socially just, and racially equitable St. Louis. Join us at this month's lunch & learn to reflect on where we've been and dream together about where we are heading. As we dream together, members from our EPIP community will reflect on learnings from the EPIP National Conference.
On July 30th - August 1st over 200 EPIPers from across the country came together in Detroit, MI for EPIP's National Conference. "The Road Ahead: Leadership in Uncertain Times" focused on the urgency of the philanthropic sector to remain responsive in the face of such cultural, political, and economic division. This month's lunch and learn will highlight key take-aways including learnings from other chapters and a look at what is happening nationally among our network from the handful of EPIP St. Louis members that attended the conference.
"The road to equity is a long one, but it’s best traveled in the company of friends, supporters, and partners in this work."
