2020 has been quite a year so far. The pandemic and protests have amplified conversations about social inequities, making our work in philanthropy more important than ever. For People of Color, these conversations in the workplace can be tough and even down right awkward.

Join EPIP LA for its next People of Color Network gathering to explore ways you can move forward the dialogues of racial equity in your organization.

Very rarely do we get the chance to test these conversations out, refine your talking points and get feedback in a safe space. This will be a very “hands-on” experience and we invite you to come with scenarios and real-life examples to share as we talk through addressing the habits of white dominance in our own institutions.

This event is open to members and non-members who identify as individuals of color.
