EPIP Colorado became an EPIP chapter in the Spring of 2017. As emerging nonprofit and philanthropic professionals, we felt that there were gaps in available programming and resources in Colorado related to networking, professional development, and social justice efforts for those who are part of philanthropic organizations but who are not in leadership positions.

Our goal is to create an EPIP chapter that provides a safe, supportive space for emerging practitioners in philanthropy to network, learn from each other, develop relationships, and discuss issues; a resource for best practices in philanthropic work; and a support system for those who want to further social justice causes both inside their organizations and in their personal lives. We hope to connect with practitioners from all across the state of Colorado. All of the networking and learning activities we provide will be grounded in social justice.
