Sierra Club, America's oldest and most effective grassroots environmental organization, is hiring an Operations Manager for its Digital Strategies (DS) Department. The Operations Manager is a key member of the DS management team and oversees all financial and administrative aspects of the DS department. Reporting directly to the CIO and working closely with senior managers, this role manages budgets and financial forecasts across multiple funding streams; as well as coordinating organization-wide with HR, IT, Finance, Legal, and other departments to meet the Digital teams' needs. This role is broad, challenging, and a perfect fit for those with strong quantitative and analytical skills looking to make a difference behind-the-scenes.
