EPIP is a membership organization with hundreds of institutional and individual members. We meet the needs identified by our members by providing three types of services. First, we offer a unique national and local peer learning community that is both supportive and challenging. Secondly, we provide a growing array of professional and leadership development programs and resources; and with opportunities to participate in building a voice for next generation leadership in the philanthropic and nonprofit community. RMS
In May 2003 we launched an affordable membership dues in order to diversify our base of support, and prove that we are
meeting a need. Our individual membership dues, institutional and individual supporter rates, are structured so that the
foundation field can help emerging staff and board leaders access much-needed orientation and professional development.
