EPIP Breakfast Club: Setting Your Career Goals and Finding a Peer Mentor

Following up from a successful February Breakfast Club with GEO’s Kathleen Enright, join EPIP DC on April 14th at 8am for our second 2015 Breakfast Club on professional development. We will focus on career growth planning and connecting you with a peer mentor to support you in achieving your career goals. EPIP DC is committed to connecting you with key leaders from the field as well as with each other – tapping into the enormous talents and insights we have within our Chapter.

We will be joined by Mike Kohn, Senior Human Resources Client Partner at the George Washington University. Mike has worked in Human Resources for eight years focusing on strategic human capital development, employee relations, organizational development, leadership development, recruitment and talent management. Mike will walk us through an exercise to help us map our career aspirations. Using those plans, we will have an hour of speed networking where you will get to talk to your fellow EPIPers about your career goals in order to identify one or two peers you want to stay connected with throughout the year.
