EPIP Boston | Program Officer & Associate Roundtable: Conducting Effective Site Visits

Site visits are invaluable tools to inform your grantmaking and strengthen your relationships with grantee-partners. They offer opportunities to connect with organizations’ board, staff, and constituents, and to learn things that can’t be learned from a written proposal.

Join EPIP Boston for a brownbag lunch roundtable conversation with an expert panel, including representatives from the private, public, and nonprofit sectors—and two EPIP alumni—to discuss best practices for planning, conducting, and evaluating site visits.

The session will include a moderated panelist discussion and open Q&A. You’ll walk away with tools to improve your site visit practices.

Dessert and drinks will be offered by EPIP.

Panelists:

  • Michael Ibrahim, program manager, Cultural Investment Portfolio, Massachusetts Cultural Council
  • Amanda Northrop, vice president, State Street Foundation (former EPIP Boston Steering Committee member)
  • Marinell Rousmaniere, senior vice president for strategic initiatives, EdVestors
  • Elissa Spelman, executive director Breakthrough Greater Boston (former EPIP Boston Steering Committee member)

Please RSVP below by Wednesday, May 3.

Please note: this session is intended for funders only.
