About our guest speaker: Alexandra Mitchell
Alexandra is President of a nonprofit research and advisory firm called Pathfinder Solutions. The firm focuses on inspiring the next generation of talent to be involved in civil society, and developing the capacity of organizations to receive and build upon that talent.
Alex has a Masters in Public Administration and has served as a social and environmental policy researcher, as well as a program evaluator, university instructor, and organizational development trainer and advisor. Most of her work as been dedicated to youth, the elderly, social justice, and the environment. She has directed projects for the Council on Foundations, the Department of Health and Human Services, and the National Center on Aging. The vision for her work at Pathfinder Solutions is for people from all walks of life to find joy and fulfillment in their work, and feel empowered to create the world they want to live in.
