Funders’ Network for Smart Growth & Livable Communities: PLACES Fellowship opportunity

The Funders’ Network for Smart Growth and Livable Communities is now accepting applications for its PLACES fellowship.

The PLACES fellowship is designed as a year-long fellowship program that offers tools, knowledge, and best practices to enhance funder grantmaking decisions in ways that are responsive to the needs and assets of low-income neighborhoods and communities of color. This fellowship is designed for professionals in philanthropy who are serving low-income neighborhoods and communities of color.

The application deadline is July 29, 2011. The fellowship begins in October 2011.
